Cancellation Policy

When will I get my file? Erin will edit and send you your ready to email self tape file in a timely manner right after filming. ​What if I need additional time? Once you've started your session, if time allows, additional time can be added in 15 min periods. It will be billed at 15 min of the services regular hourly rate, and added to an invoice. ​What currency is on the site? All prices shown are in Canadian Dollar (CAD). ​What is your cancellation policy? Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 hour before their scheduled start time via your account log in or by contacting Erin directly. A full refund will be processed if cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Those made within 1 hour will be charged at half the session rate.
